I have been there, in the trenches.
Surviving on two hours of broken sleep, Googling 'baby poo normal colour' at 3am, wiping sick and crusty milk off my pyjama bottoms (that I've been wearing for four days), celebrating that they've FINALLY done a burp/poo/smile, questioning everything I have done or said or thought.
I found (find) motherhood hard.
Everyone who becomes a mum has never done it before.
Read that again. We are all just making it up as we go.
(Yes, even your psychotherapist who specialises in maternal mental health.)
Everything has changed. Some change is wonderful, some change is difficult, some change rips the very soul out of your body, rearranges it and stuffs it back in a slightly mixed up, upside-down, inside-out, wobbly wonky kind of way. No wonder you feel lost and confused.
I made The Mum Space just for you.
For the times you feel alone.
For the times you feel lost and anxious and confused and lonely and misunderstood and overwhelmed.
For the times you question if you're enough.
(Spoiler - you are ALWAYS enough.)
Whatever you need, whatever you are feeling right now,
